Use

S-Methyl-N,N-diethylthiocarbamate Sulfone is a dioxygenated metabolite of Disulfiram (Antabuse) capable of in vitro inactivation of liver mitochondrial aldehyde dehydrogenase (EC 1.2.1.3, ALDH) with higher reactivity than the monooxygenated sulfoxide.
