ANTI-DRP1 Usage And Synthesis
UsesAll Prestige Antibodies Powered by Atlas Antibodies are developed and validated by the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) project (www.proteinatlas.org)and as a result, are supported by the most extensive characterization in the industry.

The Human Protein Atlas project can be subdivided into three efforts: Human Tissue Atlas, Cancer Atlas, and Human Cell Atlas. The antibodies that have been generated in support of the Tissue and Cancer Atlas projects have been tested by immunohistochemistry against hundreds of normal and disease tissues and through the recent efforts of the Human Cell Atlas project, many have been characterized by immunofluorescence to map the human proteome not only at the tissue level but now at the subcellular level. These images and the collection of this vast data set can be viewed on the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) site by clicking on the Image Gallery link. General DescriptionThe gene utrophin (UTRN) is mapped to human chromosome 6q24. UTRN is an autosomal homologue of dystrophin. The protein contains an amino-terminal actin-binding domain, a central rod domain, a cysteine-rich domain and a carboxyl-terminal domain. UTRN is widely expressed, with high expression in non-skeletal muscle tissues including lung, intestine, embryonic neural tube, sensory ganglia, tendons and ossifying cartilages. UTRN is also present in the sarcolemma of fetal and regenerating muscle cells.
Biochem/physiol ActionsCRMP1 is a member of a family of cytosolic phosphoproteins expressed exclusively in the nervous system. The protein is thought to be a part of the semaphorin signal transduction pathway implicated in semaphorin-induced growth cone collapse during neural development. This gene encodes a member of a family of cytosolic phosphoproteins expressed exclusively in the nervous system. The encoded protein is thought to be a part of the semaphorin signal transduction pathway implicated in semaphorin-induced growth cone collapse during neural development. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. This gene encodes a member of a family of cytosolic phosphoproteins expressed exclusively in the nervous system.
