RA-9 Usage And Synthesis
Biological ActivityRA-9 is a potent and selective inhibitor of cell-permeable proteasome-associated deubiquitinating enzymes (DUBs) with favorable toxicity and anticancer activity. It selectively induces apoptosis in ovarian cancer cell lines.
in vivo

RA-9 (5 mg/kg; ip; one-day on, two-days off) inhibits human ovarian cancer cell growth in vivo and prolongs survival in a mouse model for ovarian cancer.
