It is associated with monocytes and contains a kinase (homology) domain, signature death domain of the IRAK family, and a C-terminal domain. The IRAK3 gene is mapped to human chromosome 12q14.3. | | Biochem/physiol Actions | IRAK3 contains 1 protein kinase domain and 1 death domain and belongs to the Ser/Thr protein kinase family, Pelle subfamily.
