Description | THP-PEG4 is PEG linker containing a THP protecting group and a terminal hydroxyl. THP is an acid labile, alcohol protecting group. The hydroxyl group can react to further derivatize the compound. The hydrophilic PEG chain increases the water solubility of the compound in aqueous environments.
