| BO-264 Usage And Synthesis |
Description | BO-264 (2408648-20-2) is a potent (IC50 = 188 nM) inhibitor of transforming acidic coiled-coil 3 (TACC3), an important protein involved in microtubule stability and centrosome integrity.1 TACC3 is frequently upregulated in a broad range of cancers. BO-264 displayed significant anticancer activity in greater than 90% of cell lines in the NCI-60 human cancer cell line panel. Active in vivo in mice injected with JIMT-1 and EMT6 breast cancer cells as well as mouse colon cancer xenografts HCT-116 and CT-26. | References | References: |
