| Uses | Monoclonal anti-neurofilament 160 antibody (diluted 1: 5000) can be used as internal loading controls in immunoblotting. It can also be used in whole-mount immunohistochemistry and western blot. Monoclonal anti-neurofilament 160 antibodies can be used for localization of neurofilaments of molecular weight 160,000 in cultured cells or tissues preparation. | | General Description | Neurofilaments belong to the intermediate filament family and are expressed mainly in cells or tissues of neuronal origin.
