| Description | Phosphine biotin is a labeling reagent that selectively reacts with azido groups on modified proteins through the Staudinger ligation reaction. Modified proteins can be detected using common avidin-based biochemical techniques in whole cells or by blotting experiments following SDS-PAGE.
