DescriptionTXO-TPA has an ambipolar D-A type structure with TXO as the electron-accepting and triphenylamine (TPA) as the electron-donating unit. The twice-oxidised thiophene on TXO moiety can greatly enhance the electron-accepting ability as the channel for higher electron mobility.?On the other hand, electron-rich TPA?is used as the channel for higher hole mobility.
