Uses | 3-Aminothieno[2,3-b]pyridine-2-carboxylic Acid is a reagent used in the synthesis of (arylaminobutyl)arylpiperazines which act as antagonists or partial agonists of the dopamine D3 receptor which is selective for D3 receptors over the related dopamine D2 receptors in the treatment of schizophrenia. Also used in the synthesis of LIMK1 inhibitors. |
