DICHLOROANILINE is toxic by skin absorption and by inhalation. Produces toxic oxides of nitrogen during combustion. Used in the manufacture of dyes and pesticides. | | Air & Water Reactions | Insoluble in water. | | Reactivity Profile | A halogenated amine. Amines are chemical bases. They neutralize acids to form salts plus water. These acid-base reactions are exothermic.
