Description	BIBU-1361 dihydrochloride is an inhibitor of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) tyrosine kinase that blocks downstream EGFR signaling events such as MAPKK/MAPK activation.
Uses	BIBU 1361 Dihydrochloride, is a potent inhibitor of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) tyrosine kinase (IC50 = 3 nM). It also blocks downstream EGFR signaling events such as MAPKK/MAPK activation.
in vitro	BIBU (BIBU-1361) caused increased LC3-I to LC3-II conversion and triggered the internalization of EGFR within vacuoles along with its increased co-localization with LC3-II.
