Descriptionendo-BCN-PEG8-acid is a BCN-containing crosslinker reagent. The terminal carboxylic acid is reactive with primary amine groups in the presence of activators (e.g. EDC, or HATU). The BCN group enable copper free click chemistry with azide -tagged biomolecules. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media.
