Subsequently, non-transition metal-catalyzed reaction systems were gradually developed [1]. After the phenoborate group is introduced into the phenolic resin, the mechanical properties of the original resin can be maintained, but when treated with organic solvents such as ethanol, the resin can be dissolved again, and the properties of the original resin can be reused for secondary processing and recovery, thus solving the problem of recycling and reuse of thermosetting resin.
