Acid blue 284 is synthesized from chromium formate,1#Base and 2#Base.Sulfuric acid takes part of formic acid to react with Na2Cr2O7 to give chromium formate.A mixture of 2-amino-5-nitrophenol,HCl,NaNO2 react with 1-naphthol-5-sulfonic acid to give 1#Base,and the mixture mix with 3-hydroxy-N,N-diethyl-benzeneamine to give 2#Base.Meanwhile this paper discusses the reaction condition of the amount of H2SO4,the yield of 1:1 complex and the yield of 284 acid blue dye.
