Product Description:

B7-33 is an artificially designed peptide similar to H2 relaxin, which makes a peptide consisting of 27 amino acids. B7-33 activates relaxin peptide receptor 1 signaling by preferentially regulating mitogen-activated protein kinase extracellular signaling with phosphorylation. In animal model experiments, it can be concluded that B7-33 can alleviate death and ER stress, function, and have acute effects on mice. At the same time, B7-33 has been shown to bind specifically to the relaxin receptor RXFP1 in fibroblasts in vitro and in rat and mouse fibrosis models in vivo, preferentially activating pathways associated with antifibrotic effects.
