Basalt fiber fabric

1. Production: basalt fiber fabric is made of continuous basalt fiber textile yarn through warping, weaving and coating.

2 Uses: reinforcing mesh cloth, fireproof cloth, ceramic tile manufacturing, fishing rod cloth, luggage decoration cloth, electrical insulation cloth, bulletproof cloth, etc.

3 Packaging: 200 m/roll (or customized as required).

4 Performance: high strength, high temperature resistance of 800 ℃, good electrical insulation, non-hygroscopic, acid-alkali corrosion resistance.

5. Specification and model: bfw16 * 20-100 (120) BFW: basalt fiber fabric;

16 * 20: the warp and weft density of yarn is 16 pieces/cm and 20 pieces/cm respectively;

100: the width of the fabric is 100cm;

(120): The mass per unit area of the fabric is 120g/m2.

BFNP5*5-200（160）

BFNP: basalt fiber mesh (coating and molding);

5 * 5: the mesh size of cloth surface longitude and latitude is 5 and 5mm;

200: the grid width is 200 cm;

(160): The unit area weight of grid cloth is 160g/m2.
