Benzalkonium bromide is a cationic surfactant with good surface activity and good killing ability to bacteria such as pyogenes and intestinal bacteria. Benzalkonium bromide has the ability to kill gram-positive bacteria. stronger than Gram-negative bacteria.

• Benzalkonium Bromide can be used as disinfectant, preservative and so on. It is used for sterilization and disinfection of medicine, cosmetics and water treatment, as well as for hard surface cleaning, disinfection and deodorization, etc.

  • Benzalkonium Bromide can be used as a non-oxidative bactericidal algaecide, slime stripper and cleaning agent.
It has the functions of cleaning, sterilization and algae killing, and is widely used in sterilization, disinfection, antiseptic, emulsification, descaling, solubilization and so on.
Its bactericidal activity is better than that of jaetamine, and its toxicity is lower than that of jaetamine. Usually, its concentration is 50~100mg/L.

• Benzalkonium bromide is used in oil as a water injection fungicide with excellent and detergency. It has no corrosive effect on metals and does not contaminate clothing.
