White, free-flowing powder, consisting of technically pure Bis(4-tert. butylcyclohexyl) peroxydicarbonate. This cyclo-aliphatic peroxydicarbonate is used as an initiator (radical source) in the polymerisation of monomers, e.g. vinyl chloride and (meth-) acrylates, and as a substitute for AIBN.
