Application:
Research study participants for  often cycle doses 2-3 times per day (ex: before breakfast, before bed, and after exertion) for a period up to several weeks. These cycles, or pulses are meant to closely mimic natural secretion of GH. For CJC 1295, dosing is less frequent since the half-life with DAC is up to 8 days. Therefore, the cycle for CJC 1295 with DAC calls for once weekly injections that result in an overall increase of secretion of GH. At this point, research does not show any significant advantage for one cycle over the other, so it is a matter of personal preference.
 
CJC-1925 is a sterile, non-pyrogenic, white lyophilized powder intended for subcutaneous or intramuscular injection, after reconstitution with sterile Water for Injection. CJC-1295 can be injected subcutaneously with an insulin syringe. Dose per injection: 2mg. Injections per vial: 1 X 2mg dosages Amount to Inject: If you have used 0.5ml of water for mixing then a 2mg dosage = 0.50ml (or 50 units on Insulin Syringe). What is CJC-1295 without DAC and used for?
 
Modified GRF 1-29 is also known as Mod GRF 1-29, but even more commonly known as CJC-1295 without DAC. It is a protein that is 29 amino acids long and it is a GHRH analogue. CJC-1295 without DAC acts on receptors at the pituitary gland to stimulate the release of Human Growth .
 
CJC-1295 without DAC could be referred to more properly as a second generation derivative of GHRH. GHRH is modified to create what is known as Releasing Factor (GRF) 1-29, also known as Sermorelin. GRF 1-29 is then further modified to create Mod GRF 1-29 which is CJC-1295 without DAC.

CJC-1295 DAC and CJC-1295 (also known as Modified GRF 1-29) are Releasing Hormones (GHRH). Their action in the human body is identical but the difference between the two peptides are the span of the half-life. Modified GRF 1-29 and Sermorelin have a very short acting half-life of about 30 minutes, while CJC-1295 DAC has a half-life that can last up to approximately 8 days. Many a scientist have reported that the short half-life of Sermorelin and Modified GRF 1-29 is considered to be much more natural.

CJC-1295 without DAC Dosage
Mod GRF 1-29 is typically provided in vials containing 2 mg of lyophylized powder, though the amount can vary. The contents should be reconstituted by adding a convenient amount of sterile or bacteriostatic water. If for example 2 mL is chosen and the dosing of the vial is 2 mg, the resulting solution then has a concentration of 1 mg/mL, or 1000 mcg/mL.
 
At time of dosing, an insulin syringe is used to draw and then inject the desired amount. In the above example, a 100 mcg dose would require a volume of 0.10 mL, or "10 IU" as marked on an insulin syringe.
Injection may be subcutaneous, intramuscular, or intravenous, according to personal preference. If desired, peptide solutions from other vials, such as a vial of a GHRP product, may also be drawn into the same syringe. This reduces the total number of injections required.
 
I ordinarily recommend a dosage of 100 mcg Mod GRF at a time, simultaneous with injection of a GHRP. For maximum effect, dosing is preferably three times per day at times of low blood sugar, for example about 30 minutes before a meal, but where use is ongoing, a common use is once per day prior to sleep.
