Dydrogesterone is an oral progestin preparation. It is a natural oral progestogen that has minimal side effects, lacks androgenic and corticosteroid activity, and does not affect lipid metabolism. Biological activity: Dydrogesterone (NSC92336) is an orally effective progestogen that acts directly on the uterus to produce a complete secretory phase endometrium, especially after estrogen pretreatment.
