| 体内活性 | Etiprednol dicloacetate (0-100 μg/kg; intranasal inhalation) reduces peribronchial eosinophilia in the lungs of allergen-sensitized and challenged rats.[1] It is well-tolerated in rats and dogs at doses of up to 20 mg/kg administered orally over 28 days.[2] Etiprednol dicloacetate (0.1 μg/kg; intranasal inhalation) inhibits eosinophil accumulation in rats induced by antigen exposure.[3] |
