Linalyl acetate is present in many natural essential oils.

It is suitable for scenting perfumes, head water, cosmetics, and soaps.

It is an important raw material for the preparation of bergamot, orange leaf, lavender and mixed lavender.

It is also one of the base fragrances for the preparation of jasmine, orange blossom and other fragrances.
