Application

*TRUELICHT 7020 is an excellent liquid hydrolysis stabilizer of polycarbodiimide,

mainly used in polyester type PU resin, castable polyurethane(CPU), thermoplastic polyester polyurethane(TPU),PU coatings, adhesives and PU foam and PET.

*TRUELICHT 7020 can play a role in end-capping by react with terminal carboxyl group , that will also extend chain and increase strength of polyester resins.

*TRUELICHT 7020 can significantly improve hydrolysis stability of PU products (polyester type) and also improve mechanical properties like tensile strength, elongation.

*When TRUELICHT 7020 is used to reduce acid value, the dosage should be calculated based on initial and final value.

*Dosage suggested 0.5-2.0phr based on specific practice.
