Lidoka hydrochloride is a local anesthetic and an antiarrhythmic agent. Clinically, it is mainly used for infiltration anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, surface anesthesia (including mucosal anesthesia in thoracoscopy or abdominal surgery) and nerve block. It can also be used for premature ventricular beats and ventricular tachycardia after acute myocardial infarction, and can also be used for digitalis poisoning, cardiac surgery and ventricular arrhythmia caused by cardiac catheters. It is usually ineffective for supracentricular arrhythmias. Lidocarzine hydrochloride local anesthetics. After blood absorption or intravenous administration, the drug has a significant biphasic effect of excitatory and inhibitory on the central nervous system, and there is no precursor excitement. When the concentration of Chemicalbook is low, analgesia and lethargy appear, and the pain threshold is increased. With the increase of dose, the effect or toxicity increased, and the subtoxic blood concentration had anticonvulsant effect; Convulsions may occur when the blood concentration exceeds 5μg·ml-1. At low dose, lidocaine hydrochloride can promote K+ outflow from cardiomyocytes, reduce myocardial automaticity, and have anti-ventricular arrhythmia effect. At the treatment dose, the electrical activity of cardiomyocytes, atrioventricular conduction and myocardial contraction had no significant effect. The further increase of blood concentration can cause the heart conduction speed to slow down, atrioventricular block, inhibit myocardial contractility and reduce cardiac output.
