The aconitoid diester alkaloid material is aconitine standard, medium aconitine standard or subaconitine standard; Or, dried powder of Sichuan aconite, dried powder of grass aconite or dried powder of aconite. The electrospray mass spectrometry analysis shows that the method can transform the highly toxic aconite diester alkaloids into lipid alkaloids, and the conversion rate is more than 90%; In addition, Chinese medicinal materials can be directly used as reaction raw materials, and the early extraction and purification of reactants can be avoided.
