Mometasone furoate (MF) is a new fluorine-free glucocorticoid derivative with high efficacy and less adverse reactions. Mometasone furoate is a fluorine-free hormone with the chemical name 9,21-dichloro-11b, 17-dihydroxy-16a-methyl pregnane-1,4-dichemicalbook en-3,20-dione 17-(2-furoate) .
