N-(6-Aminohexyl)aminomethyltriethoxysilane


Description

ChangFu® DHN33α is a high functional silane with a hydrolysable ethoxy group and a diamino group. Compare with conventional silanes, this long chain amino functional silane has better reactivity, flexibility and compatibility. It can also improve transparency of reactant in resin and inorganic filler.

Primary amine and an internal secondary amine coupling agent for UV cure and epoxy systems.

Used in microparticle surface modification.

Reacts slowly with moisture/water.


Applications

Used as an adhesion promoter in paints, coating, adhesives, and sealants industries. It is typically used in one-component and two-component polysulfide sealants.

Used to improve the bonding performance between organic resins and inorganic materials. It normally acts as a surface modifier of inorganic fillers and pigments.

Used as a primer for glass and metal or a polymer additive.

Used for the synthesis of textile and fabrics additives.
