Accelerator TBBS is an after-effect accelerator of natural rubber, butadiene rubber, isoamyl rubber, styrene butadiene rubber and reclaimed rubber. It is especially suitable for carbon black rubber compounds with strong alkalinity. It is safe at operating temperature, has strong scorch resistance, fast vulcanization speed, and high tensile strength, which can increase the use ratio of synthetic rubber. Low toxicity and high efficiency, it is an ideal substitute for NOBS. It has excellent comprehensive performance and is called standard accelerator. It is widely used in the production of radial tires. It can be used in combination with aldehyde amine, guanidine, and thiuram accelerators. When used in combination with anti-scorching agent PVI, it forms a good vulcanization system. Mainly used in the production of tires, rubber shoes, hoses, tapes, and cables.

Packaging:  we can pack the goods according to the requirement of the client. 

Storage: Keep container tightly closed in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place, avoiding exposure of the packaged product to direct sunlight.

Can I get samples?How to pay?
A: Yes, we can supply small free sample, you need to  pay for the freight charge only.
    PI will be sent firstly after our aligned products specification. Payment by T/T, Western Union,LC, are ok.
 How is your MOQ?
A: Normally speaking, our MOQ is 1kg. But we can also accept less quantity such as 100g on the condition that sample charge is100% paid.
