There is not much chance for estrogen related side effects like gynecomastia and water retention but since T-bol is 17 alpha alkylated there is a possibility that it can be toxic to the liver especially with prolonged use. Women seem to tolerate this compound very well, however, virilizationis a real concern at high doses.
