Vitamin D3

Vitamin D3, also known as cholecalciferol, is a kind of vitamin D, which has been proved to be the real active form of vitamin D in the body. At present, there are at least 10 kinds of vitamin D, but the most important ones are vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol) and vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Cholecalciferol, also known as vitamin D3, is the most important form of vitamin D family, which mainly regulates the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus in the body.
