1、对氯苯甲酰氯与苯甲醚反应法对氯苯甲酰氯与苯甲醚反应后,再经水解、脱甲基反应制得。2、对氯苯甲酰氯与苯酚反应法将苯酚9.4g(0.1mol)溶于4ml10%氢氧化钠溶液中,于40~45℃滴加对氯苯甲酰氯14ml(0.110mol),30min内加毕,同温保温反应1h。冷却至室温,过滤,干燥,得对氯苯甲酸苯酯22.3g。收率96%,熔点99~101℃。
用作医药非诺贝特中间体。
