Sodium ascorbate granule is made of certain proportion of sodium ascorbate and hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose (HPMC).

Usage

1.Food additive:In medicine as vitamin C supplement to increase the intake of vitamin C;Used as an antioxidant in food and some beverages to prevent the change of colour and taste.
2.It is suitable for direct compression of oral and chewable tablets.It can also be.used for the compression of multivitamin and vitamin mineral composite tablets.
