Morpholine are mainly used in the production of vulcanization accelerator, which is an essential
additive in the tire industry. In addition, morpholine has been widely used in pesticide and pharmaceutical
industry. At present, domestic production of imidacloprid, acryloyl morpholine, fluomorph and tridomorph
all use morpholine as raw materials. It is widely used in medicine for phenyl-nitro-derived morpholine and
morpholine hydrochloride (viralin) in the treatment of viral influenza. In recent years, as the semiconductor
industry continues to grow, morpholine applications in this industry are also being developed, used to make
insulating board coatings (photoinitiator), under certain light quickly curing, avoiding corrosion of the main
product.
产品主要用于生产硫化促进剂，为轮胎行业必不可少的添加剂。另目前吗啉在杀虫剂、医药行业应用
范围比较广，目前国内生产的吡虫啉、烯酰吗啉、氟吗啉、十三吗啉均使用吗啉作原料，医药上用于苯基、
硝基衍生吗啉物、盐酸吗啉胍（病毒灵），治疗病毒性流感均有广泛的引用。近年来，随着半导体行业的不
断壮大，吗啉在这行业的应用也不断被开发，用于制作绝缘板的涂层（光引发剂），在特定光线下迅速固化，
避免了腐蚀主产品。
