TAT-HA2 Fusion Peptide is a peptide based delivery agent that combines a pH sensitive HA2 fusion peptide from Influenza and a cell penetrating peptide TAT from HIV. It is a peptide composed of 30 amino acids. TAT-HA2 Fusion Peptide induces the uptake of macromolecules into the endosomes through the TAT portion, and reacts to the acidification cavity of the endosomes, leading to membrane leakage and the release of macromolecules into the cells through the HA2 portion.
