Description：[Des-His1，Glu9]-Glucagon (1-29), amide是胰高血糖素受体拮抗剂多肽，序列中N端个His取消，第9个氨基酸Asp换成Glu，并且C端酰胺化。用于抑制大鼠肝膜中胰高血糖素诱导的腺苷酸环化酶活化，不显示激动剂活性。 在体外增强葡萄糖刺激的胰腺胰岛素释放。 在正常兔中阻断胰高血糖素诱导的高血糖症，而不影响体内糖原分解。 还可阻断链脲佐菌素糖尿病大鼠的内源性胰高血糖素诱导的高血糖症。
[Des His1, Glu9] - Glucagon (1-29), amide is a glucagon receptor antagonist peptide, with the first His at the N-terminus cancelled, the 9th amino acid Asp replaced with Glu, and the C-terminus amidated. Used to inhibit the activation of adenylate cyclase induced by glucagon in the liver membrane of rats, without showing agonist activity. Enhanced glucose stimulated pancreatic insulin release in vitro. Blocking glucagon induced hyperglycemia in normal rabbits without affecting glycogen breakdown in the body. It can also block the endogenous glucagon induced hyperglycemia in streptozotocin diabetes rats.
