CD抗原CD71也称为转铁蛋白受体蛋白1、TfR、sTfR、p90、TfR1、Trfr，属于肽酶M28家族和M28B亚家族。CD71/TFR包含一个PA（蛋白酶相关）结构域。CD71/TfR1是转铁蛋白向细胞输送铁所必需的。CD71是人类白血病和淋巴瘤病例的潜在新靶点。CD71/TFRC/TfR已被证明与GABARAP和HFE相互作用。
