B7-H4分子背景
含V集结构域的T细胞活化抑制剂1（VTCN1）也称为免疫共刺激蛋白B7-H4、蛋白B7S1、T细胞共刺激分子B7x、B7H4，属于免疫球蛋白超家族和BTN/MOG家族。VTCN1含有两个Ig样V型（免疫球蛋白样）结构域。IL6和IL10上调VTCN1的表达，GM-CSF和IL4抑制抗原呈递细胞（APCs）上的VTCN1表达。VTCN1/B7-H4通过抑制T细胞活化、增殖、细胞因子产生和细胞毒性的发展，负调控T细胞介导的免疫反应。VTCN1参与促进上皮细胞转化。
