CD38分子背景
CD抗原CD38也被称为ADP核糖环化酶1，属于ADP核糖环化酶家族。CD38在胰腺、肝脏、肾脏、脑、睾丸、卵巢、胎盘、恶性淋巴瘤和神经母细胞瘤中高水平表达。CD38是一种多功能外酶，催化环状ADP核糖（cADPR）从NAD+合成和水解为ADP核糖。这些反应产物对于调节细胞内Ca2+至关重要。CD38功能的丧失与免疫反应受损、代谢紊乱和行为改变有关。CD38蛋白是细胞活化的标志物。它与艾滋病毒感染、白血病、骨髓瘤、实体瘤、II型糖尿病和骨代谢有关。CD38已被用作白血病的预后标志物。
