Annexin A5分子背景
Annexin A5是一种磷脂结合蛋白，在钙的存在下以高亲和力和选择性结合PS。PS主要位于面向细胞质的膜小叶中。然而，最近的研究结果表明，每种细胞类型都有在其细胞表面暴露PS的分子机制。这种机制在细胞凋亡过程中被激活。一旦PS暴露在细胞表面，它就会表现出促凝和促炎活性。Annexin A5会与PS暴露的凋亡细胞结合，并能抑制垂死细胞的促凝和促炎活性。Annexin A5也被确定为凝血级联中的一种抗凝蛋白，作为凝血酶原激活的抑制剂。Annexin A5抗体的存在与系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）、复发性自然流产和系统性硬化症（SSc）有关。
