Glypican 2（GPC2），也称为脑多糖，是一种在发育中的神经系统中发现的与糖磷脂酰肌醇连接的完整膜硫酸乙酰肝素蛋白多糖。脑聚糖参与细胞粘附，被认为调节轴突的生长和引导。脑聚糖对层粘连蛋白-1具有特别高的亲和力。GPC2沉默使Wnt/β-catenin信号失活，并降低神经母细胞瘤发生的致癌驱动因素N-Myc的表达。靶向GPC2的免疫毒素和嵌合抗原受体（CAR）T细胞在小鼠模型中抑制神经母细胞瘤的生长。GPC3特异性抗体-药物偶联物（ADC）也可以抑制神经母细胞瘤细胞增殖。
