-20°C to -70°C for 12 months in lyophilized state;
-70°C for 3 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

USAG1（子宫致敏相关基因1），也称为SOSTDC1（含硬骨素结构域1），Ectodin，是一种分泌蛋白，其N端糖基化，C端半胱氨酸结结构域。这种C-末端半胱氨酸结结构域存在于多种生长因子中，包括TGFβ、NGF、PDGF、vWF、NDP和粘蛋白-2，并参与二聚化、受体结合和信号转导。SOSTDC1在细胞增殖、分化和凋亡的几个生物过程中负调控BMP信号传导（如牙形态发生、胚胎植入子宫内膜和骨折愈合）。此外，SOSTDC1还可能通过调节Wnt途径参与癌症的发展过程。
