K11 is an antimicrobial peptide, which is a straight chain polypeptide composed of 20 amino acids. K11 exhibits activity towards MDR/XDR K. pneumonia with a MIC of 8-512 μ g/mL and inhibits bacterial biofilm formation. K11 can be combined with the antibiotic Chloramphenicol Meropenem, Rifampicin, and others work together to combat drug-resistant K. pneumoniae. K11 has high thermal stability and wide pH stability.
