This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus, followed by a flag tag.
The protein has a calculated MW of 50.2 kDa. The protein migrates as 50-55 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

背景（Background）
APRIL（增殖诱导配体）也称为肿瘤坏死因子配体超家族成员13，TALL-2，TRDL-1，CD256，TNFFSF 13，与TNFRSF13B/TACI和TNFRSF17/BCMA结合的细胞因子。APRIL是主要与血液系统恶性肿瘤相关的肿瘤坏死因子家族的细胞因子。密切相关的TNF家族配体B细胞活化因子（BAFF）和增殖诱导配体（APRIL）用于成熟B淋巴细胞的产生和维持。BAFF和APRIL都组装成同源三聚体，结合并激活它们部分共享的几种受体。此外，APRIL的表达受miR-145在GC细胞中的调节。
