This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 25.6 kDa. The protein migrates as 35-50 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

标记（Labeling）
The primary amines in the side chains of lysine residues and the N-terminus of the protein are conjugated with FITC using standard chemical labeling method. The residual FITC is removed by molecular sieve treatment during purification process.

CLEC12A（C型凝集素结构域家族12成员A）也称为CLL1、DCAL2、MICL。Clec12a是尿酸晶体的抑制性受体，在细胞死亡时调节炎症。调节信号级联并介导靶MAP激酶酪氨酸磷酸化的细胞表面受体。近年来，骨髓增生异常综合征（MDS）中出现了不同疾病增殖干细胞的证据。然而，CLEC12A在MDS中的作用仍有待阐明。此外，CLEC12A已被提出作为AML中白血病干细胞的有前景的标志物。
