Description：RS17 是一种设计合成的抗肿瘤肽，是由17个氨基酸组成的多肽，能够特异性地结合到 CD47 分子上，阻断 CD47 与其在巨噬细胞表面膜上的配体 SIRPα 之间的相互作用。RS17 的主要调节机制是通过与 CD47 的结合，阻止 CD47 向 SIRPα 传递选择性吞噬的信号，这样巨噬细胞就不会将肿瘤细胞识别为自身组织，而是将其作为外来物质进行吞噬，从而抑制肿瘤细胞的免疫逃逸。RS17 可用于抗肿瘤反应和免疫逃逸机制的研究。
RS17 is a designed and synthesized anti-tumor peptide, a polypeptide composed of 17 amino acids, which can specifically bind to CD47 molecule and block the interaction between CD47 and its ligand SIRP α on the macrophage surface facial mask. The main regulatory mechanism of RS17 is to bind to CD47, preventing CD47 from transmitting selective phagocytic signals to SIRP α. This way, macrophages will not recognize tumor cells as their own tissue, but instead engulf them as foreign substances, thereby inhibiting tumor cell immune escape. RS17 can be used for the study of anti-tumor response and immune escape mechanisms.
