Description
The product adopts low-temperature vulcanization technology and is appropriate for screen printing, pat printing or spot printing. It is a two-component ink used as protection and decoration on the surface of silicone rubber. The ink has the advantage of simple process, clear printed patterns and fonts and excellent adhesion, ect.
Applications
The product is mainly applied to general silicone products, such as sound case, silicone phone covers, silicone seal kits, tubing, baby’s bottle, tableware,ect. It can be a mark on silicone product’s surface and decorates silicone products by changing them color.。
Use direction
Post curing the silicone rubber object at 150℃ for 1 to 2 hours and the surface should be cleaned up. Adding 2% platinum catalyst CAT-SPL-11 into the ink from well-sealed ink container, then mix well. Ink’s viscosity can be adjusted by odorless kerosene as per your request, then do screen printing, pad printing or spot printing. Please cure the printed silicone products after keeping it in the environment for 5 to 10 minutes
