This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 16.4 kDa. The protein migrates as 27-33 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

背景（Background）
跨膜蛋白TCR由两条二硫键连接的多肽链组成：α和β链，γ和δ链。每条多肽链由一个可变区和一个恒定区组成。TRDC是T细胞受体（TCR）δ链的恒定区。它识别上皮边界经常表达的非肽抗原，这意味着激活γδT细胞的抗原大多是MHC非依赖性的。γδT细胞在人类和小鼠中具有广泛的功能，包括皮肤和粘膜上皮伤口修复、耐受诱导、细胞毒性和调节免疫反应的各种细胞因子的产生。
