This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 26.2 kDa. The protein migrates as 42-60 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

信号淋巴细胞活化分子（SLAM）家族的自身配体受体，也称为CD150，是CD2蛋白家族SLAM亚家族的原型成员。由同型或异型细胞间相互作用触发的SLAM受体正在调节多种免疫细胞的激活和分化，从而参与先天性和适应性免疫反应的调节和相互连接。活性受小细胞质衔接蛋白SH2D1A/SAP和/或SH2D1B/EAT-2存在与否的控制。SLAMF1诱导的T淋巴细胞信号转导事件与B细胞不同。I型跨膜糖蛋白信号淋巴细胞活化分子（SLAM）。
