背景（Background）
CCL4，也称为MIP-1β，是一种具有炎症和趋化动力学特性的单因子。与CCR5绑定。CD8+T细胞产生的主要HIV抑制因子之一。重组MIP-1β诱导对HIV-1、HIV-2和猿猴免疫缺陷病毒（SIV）不同毒株的剂量依赖性抑制。加工形式MIP-1-β（3-69）保留了诱导趋化因子受体CCR5表面表达下调和抑制CCR5介导的HIV-1进入T细胞的能力。MIP-1β（3-69）也是CCR1和CCR2亚型B的配体。
